- Flat rate shipping and handling fee of $15 for all orders shipped to Canada & Mexico.
- Flat rate shipping and handling fee of $35 for all orders shipped to all other countries worldwide.
- We will ship your order within 2-3 business days.
- Your order will arrive within 3-5 business days upon shipping for US addresses.
- Your order will arrive by USPS, UPS or Fedex.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. Velvet Queen Shapewear always ships to the shipping address supplied at the time of checkout and is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address
- Packages that go missing via USPS will be offered store credit (no refunds) or a replacement AFTER 30 days of no movement via the USPS tracking website.
- Packages that are marked as delivered, but “not received” are the responsibility of you and your local Post Office. If your package is lost, please contact your local post office to file a claim directly with them.
Standard delivery includes FedEx Ground, UPS Ground and USPS services to addresses within the United States. Our domestic U.S flat shipping rate can only be applied to APO/FPO addresses when using a US ZIP Code.

To receive your order by Express Delivery (1-2 day delivery, excluding Sundays), please place your order by 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST cannot be guaranteed to ship same day. If we are unable to ship your order for Express Delivery, we will notify you by email. Express Delivery will be sent through only within the Continental US. Please note that not all addresses are eligible for this service.
Do you do international delivery?
Yes we do! We ship to worldwide (internationally) using standard ground delivery via United States Postal Service or UPS Standard.
